During my college years, I focused on wellness, stress relief, and understanding the effects of stress on the body. After graduating with high honors, I was fortunate to apply this knowledge by bringing health and wellness education to rehabilitation centers and even the Texas Prison System. These experiences were a true blessing, shaping both my perspective and the foundation of my career in health and wellness. From there, I transitioned into managing a wellness clinic dedicated to supporting individuals with chronic illnesses, while also working as a personal trainer. Watching clients make remarkable progress many regaining strength and functionality after years of struggle was both humbling and inspiring, and it reinforced my passion for helping others reclaim their well-being.
