About Annamaria Zentaine Agardi
Annamaria Zentaine Agardi, born in 1981, is a dedicated holistic naturopath and Reiki therapist based in Hungary. Her journey began with a childhood dream of becoming a doctor and a deep fascination with nature, leading her to graduate as an agricultural engineer in environmental management.
Life’s challenges guided her toward natural healing. After experiencing the profound benefits of Jikiden Reiki for her family, Annamaria completed Shoden and Okuden levels and became a certified naturopath with a specialization in phytotherapy (herbal medicine).
Today, she combines science, intuition, and compassion to help clients regain physical, emotional, and spiritual balance – with a special focus on supporting women through menopause.
